Standard UK Delivery

Products that require printed can take up to 7 working days. When you order we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm receipt and give an ETA for finished work. Once printed we send all products by either Royal Mail or TNT. Depending on weight, size and quantity we will use one of these services. On Checkout you may have a few options available depending on what products/services you have ordered. 

How long will my order take?

We aim to get all orders printed and ready to send within 7 working days or longer depending on the quantity and complexity of your order. Delivery after this point is out of our control but typically Royal Mail first class delivery will take approximately 1-2 days and TNT is 24hrs. We can turn some jobs around with 24hours when we contact you let us know if you need sooner and we will try our best to meet your time frame. 

What to do if your items has not arrived?

Royal Mail normally deliver all First Class post within 1-2 working days and TNT is 24hrs. You will be emailed a tracking number when order is despatched. If the TNT cannot get a signature for delivery they will card you with details of the local branch to contact. 

What are your cut off points for delivery?

If your item is a stock blank item e.g. A frame, snap frame, etc order before 5pm Monday-Thursday, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours of taking your order. Orders over the weekend are generally despatched on Tuesday. 

My product has arrived damaged what do I do?

Always CHECK THE PARCEL before signing once signed you have agreed the parcel has arrived in good condition. If after signing you notice damage you must contact us immediately. We cannot make a claim against the delivery companies after 48hrs if parcel(s) have been signed for.

FANTASY PRINTS LTD maintains comprehensive Customer Privacy, Security and Data Protection policies, which cover all customer information disclosed to us through this website facility. We will only use the information that we collect about our customers lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we do not share that information outside the company.

We collect information on our customers in two ways. Firstly, we track the way our site is used by our customers so we understand better how to make the service faster and more user friendly. The information we gather is analyzed only in the aggregate. This means that we look at site use statistics as a sum total and not at an individual customer level. We may provide such aggregate statistics about our sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to trustworthy third parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

Secondly, any personally identifying information that we collect is not shared with any other organisation. Customers who supply us with their telephone number may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online. Your name and phone number will not be shared with other organisations.

We do not store financial information once a payment has been processed. 


A ‘cookie’ is information that a website stores on your computer so that it can remember something about you at a later time. Cookies are commonly used on the Internet and do not harm your system. The cookies used on this website do not include any information that others could read and understand about you, such as your name or account numbers. We currently use a combination of first party, third party, permanent and temporary cookies in the following ways:

To collate general, non-personal management information which is used to plan enhancements to our services. For example, cookies help us to understand the popular paths that users take through the website and how often people visit.

We do not share information with other companies. The Company owns the anonymous data that is collected and it is not shared with any other party. 

Application Information

When you apply for a product or service on the website, you will be asked for personal information that is needed to process your application.

The information that you provide will only be used for the purposes described at the time of your application. We do not store financial information once a payment has been processed.


Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

- Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you

- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.

- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

- Quality if image/artwork you have provided is poor.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.

By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded. Even if you have qualified for free delivery when placing your order, a postage and packing charge of £1.25 per item will be levied on unwanted items and deducted from any refund given.

Please note:

• You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract.

• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Unit, unless sent via special delivery.
